WEEEHOOO week one is done.
18 miles logged. (well more than that if you add in my other "walking" numbers) but to stick with the training 18 miles that I was training for.
6 mile run tomorrow.

So you're doing 6 miles today and I'm bitching and moaning about doing 5...I'll be rooting for you! Thanks for the comments on my blog (I had lost the link to this one!). Last year, before I started running, my friends at work and I would walk on our breaks and at lunch. We'd get a mile in on the morning break, 3 miles in at lunch and a mile in the afternoon. The whole time we'd walk and talk and get all our gripes in about the day, so it never felt like much effort. Breaking up those miles helps too!
